So I'm doing a 1 gallon s'mores and came up with this grain and hop bill, I also wanted to add about a 1bs to 20 oz of Graham cracker but not sure where i should add them. Also thinking about adding some dark choclate ir coco powder. I saw some adding candy extract. But here's the recipe what do you guys think?

I thought it be cool to give that smokey smores flavor but 99% if this is stolen from members on here! Lol
Not stolen, we share recipes here in the hopes that other brewers will use them and build on them and share back what they learn. Looking forward to seeing how this turns out. May the malts be with you.

maybe some marshmallows? pretty sure they would ferment all the way, and may not contribute any marshmallow flavor tho.. hwk-i-st8's suggestion of adding lactose may be a better idea..

One of my friends made a smores beer for his first brew. He was supposed to put the graham crackers in the mash but he mis-read the recipe and put them in the boil. Three years later we pull out one of the bottles he stored for a laugh. It is still half graham cracker in there. :drunk:

I made one I think 2 gallon batch, I'd have to find the recipe but I used cocao nibs, fluff and half a box of Graham crackers. Graham crackers went into secondary. Turned out great, obviously you lose quite a bit to the crackers but flavor came through. If there is ever a next time I would add a full pack of Graham crackers
