Hello all...long time reader, first time poster. I can't seem to find the answer, so here it goes.

I'm brewing 1 gallon batches because and serving them via a Edgestar mini-kegerator. I prime the 1 gallon batch with about .8 oz priming sugar and let it do its thing, but when I finally tap the sucker, I get almost no carbonation. After doing some research, I realized it was because the keg is only about 3/4 full, with over a 1.2 liters of headspace. Basically, the keg was getting pressurized, but none of the CO2 was staying in solution. I would brew 1.25 gallon batches if I could, but I can't find fermentation vessels that work.

Any thoughts/formulas on adjusting the amount of priming sugar to compensate for the headspace?
