    Mixing priming solutions

    Hello everyone, I am wondering of anyone has ever attempted to mix two types of priming solutions (e.g. honey and table sugar). I like the honey taste but when I fully prime with it it gives an off flavor, I'm looking to do half honey and half table sugar to the volume of 2.8 for an IPA I brewed.

    Yeast storage

    Hello, Recently just got into lambic/sour beers. I'm looking to brew a gose and was wondering how to store the yeast. Buying wy5335, now normally when I buy yeast it has an ice pack option but for this it doesn't. Do I store like normal in the fridge? Or keep it out at room temperature?

    I am brewing tomorrow and made a yeast starter today. I used WLP007 and made a 1000ml starter with it using 4oz DME and 2 pints of water.
