    What are you drinking now?

I loved this beer! I asked Abita if it will ever return but they pretty much told me "maybe". Maybe I could clone it with a base Cream of Three Crops Ale, some Zatarain's Crawfish Boil, lemon, and orange.

    Jolly Rancher IPA

Ok :) Well I used Warrior, Eldorado, Citra, and Mosaic. Settled for Wyeast American Ale since my LHBS didn't have 1318. Going to use red candies. I hope this turns out well; I've never done a hopstand before.

    Jolly Rancher IPA

m00ps, I read where you used whatever bittering hop you had on hand, but what did you end up using? I'm thinking of going with Warrior.

    I don't know how I did this...

I'm making the Raging Red recipe from this site, but I upped it to 10gal. I set my wort from my mash aside instead of putting it in my boil pot as I usually do. I did my batch sparge, put it in the pot, forgetting about my wort. I panicked at the thin 9 gal amount in the pot and ran 3 gal of...

American Pale Ale Cascades / Orange Pale Ale

I brewed this one a few weeks ago. I found it with Beer Smith, but I used the Wyeast Farmhouse blend. I kegged it yesterday and it tastes like bitter bubble gum... :( I don't know what happened with this one. Fermentation temps were about 68-70F 9 lbs Pale Malt (2 Row) UK (3.0 SRM) Grain 1...

    New Brewhaus!

There's no anchoring; the contractor built a frame on the ground and went from there. I have another similar to it for yard storage, and it's survived tornado alley great so far!

    Another Pallet Keezer

Here's the finished Keezer! The AC adapter I'm using powers both the coffin fan and the bilge fan inside, and it gets pretty hot, but not too hot to touch. I may need to get a second power supply for the bilge fan. How hot is too hot?
