I loved this beer! I asked Abita if it will ever return but they pretty much told me "maybe". Maybe I could clone it with a base Cream of Three Crops Ale, some Zatarain's Crawfish Boil, lemon, and orange.
Ok :) Well I used Warrior, Eldorado, Citra, and Mosaic. Settled for Wyeast American Ale since my LHBS didn't have 1318. Going to use red candies. I hope this turns out well; I've never done a hopstand before.

I brewed this one a few weeks ago. I found it with Beer Smith, but I used the Wyeast Farmhouse blend. I kegged it yesterday and it tastes like bitter bubble gum... :( I don't know what happened with this one. Fermentation temps were about 68-70F

There's no anchoring; the contractor built a frame on the ground and went from there. I have another similar to it for yard storage, and it's survived tornado alley great so far!
Here's the finished Keezer! The AC adapter I'm using powers both the coffin fan and the bilge fan inside, and it gets pretty hot, but not too hot to touch. I may need to get a second power supply for the bilge fan. How hot is too hot?
