I'm making the Raging Red recipe from this site, but I upped it to 10gal. I set my wort from my mash aside instead of putting it in my boil pot as I usually do. I did my batch sparge, put it in the pot, forgetting about my wort. I panicked at the thin 9 gal amount in the pot and ran 3 gal of cold sparge water to it, then I kicked my pot of wort next to me. I dumped it in, coming in just short of 17 gal in the boil pot. Will boiling for 90 fix this mess I created? Ugh

You're asking for an almost 5 gallon per hour boil off rate.
Not gonna happen.
Typical is between 1 and 2 gallons per hour...

Cheers!
