I'm looking to use better water for brewing and read that some ppl use charcoal filters. Does anyone do this? Is there a way to hook one up to the spigot of a hose?
I am looking to develop a house beer for my three tap kegerator. I am dabbling with the idea of an English mild. I want something in the 4% abv range that still has a nice malt presence. Any thoughts or house brew suggestions?
