Has anyone uses this powder in their mash before? I have never checked my mash ph or water chemistry. Just curious if this would have any benefit?

You need to do that first.

As for the product it may or may not keep the pH (small p, big H) in the correct range depending on your water and beer brewed. Be aware that the 5.2 product does not add any necessary brewing ions. But if you investigate your water's profile, match it against the style of beer being brewed, then add a bit of the right brewing salts you will likely not have to be concerned. Your pH will then be fine and you will have the right ions, like Calcium, to insure the mash is happy and adjusted. :mug:
