I brewed jamils American amber ale 1.053 and its been in primary for two weeks bout ready to rack to secondary. How long should I leave it?

Used 1/2 oz of magnum for 60 min addition. Tasted a sample and it has a very sharp flavor. Hopefully it rounds out with the malt

Hmm, How long should I leave it where? What is the SG right now? Leave an Am Amber in Primary for about 4 or more weeks and then consider bottling.. rack to a bottling bucket and then bottle. Maybe consider a dry hop of 1/2-1 oz of Saaz about a week before bottling. I believe the sharpness will balance out during conditioning. Others may comment
