I loved this beer! I asked Abita if it will ever return but they pretty much told me "maybe". Maybe I could clone it with a base Cream of Three Crops Ale, some Zatarain's Crawfish Boil, lemon, and orange.
Ok :) Well I used Warrior, Eldorado, Citra, and Mosaic. Settled for Wyeast American Ale since my LHBS didn't have 1318. Going to use red candies. I hope this turns out well; I've never done a hopstand before.

I brewed this one a few weeks ago. I found it with Beer Smith, but I used the Wyeast Farmhouse blend. I kegged it yesterday and it tastes like bitter bubble gum... :( I don't know what happened with this one. Fermentation temps were about 68-70F

There's no anchoring; the contractor built a frame on the ground and went from there. I have another similar to it for yard storage, and it's survived tornado alley great so far!
