Hello, new to the forums here. I have a quick question regarding Yeast and refridgeration.
I ordered a whitelabs yeast vial about 12 days ago, and it didnt come before i left for a business trip to Nashville. when i got home my secretary had accepted the shipment and put the box in my office.
The yeast was taped to a ice pack that obviously wqsnt cold any longer. The room temperature probably got about 82 at the highest. Is this yeast good to use?
Thanks for your help!
