Somehow I have misplaced my yeast. I have a batch of AHS holiday ale that I had ordered quite sometime ago. I was going to make it less the spice kit. The yeast I found ( guessing I mis-used the yeast for this kit on another batch ) is a Belgian wit ale yeast. Do you see any problems using it for this beer. Crystal malt. 2 row malt and chocolate malt with mt hood and aaa hops. Thanks

do you have a LHBS nearby? I always keep an extra packet of Nottingham in my fridge for just such occasions. If you dont have a store nearby and are absolutely itching to brew, go ahead. You'll end up making something unique, and hey, it might even taste great! I had a belgian IPA the other day and it was terrific. Good luck!
