I'm brewing a Wit using 3944. Apparently it is a "true top crop yeast". I made a starter twice as big as what I needed, planning to pitch half and save the other half for a future batch. The problem is that my starter overflowed, more than once. My total liquid volume after cold crashing is down maybe 10%.So I'm wondering how much yeast I may have lost and if I should still try to save half our just pitch everything I have. Any thoughts?
