I picked up a vial of WLP644. I see alot of people doing IPAs with it, which I will do eventually but would like to go simple and see what kind of flavors I will get. Thinking about a simple blonde/saison.
90% pils, 5% wheat, 5% table sugar.
20-30 ibus
thoughts/experiences with this yeast?
I also noticed the tiny amount of slurry in this vial. It doesn't say how many cells but does say I can pitch into 5 gallons of wort. Any suggestions on what kind of starter I should do?
