Smoked a brisket yesterday. It was quite tasty!
Doing some ribs for Dad on Sunday. One rack in traditional BBQ, and one with just garlic and rosemary and olive oil.
Is it possible to be jealous of myself?

The two forks method is a time proven classic. I was thinking about upgrading to these. A guy can never have too many toys.
