just wondering if i would use a Whirfloc Tablets on a Dunkelweisen im makeing. thanks

I do. They won't clear in this case but they do add stability so it'll have better.

It'll help with cold break when you chill but with a dunkel it won't really help provide clarity at all.

I don't bother with whirlfoc in any german wheat I make. Not sure what Grinder is referring to about whirlfloc making a beer more stable.
