Im looking to use these as fermenters if it is possible, i can't figure out if the stuff in there is good to just be washed out or if i should just get rid of them... i can't seem to find the post where someone uses 3 blue versions...
which of these can i use for fermenters?

Your ability to get a sponge in there after the first use to clean is questionable. Considering the former contents these are all probably as non reactive plastic as you can get...
If you rinsed the bejesus out of it before using I don't see a problem. I'm no chemist, but if after rinsing it smelled ok I'd use it.
