I would like to buy a few 55 lb sacks of grain. I live in the Los Angeles area. The lhbs seems to not do this or at least they don't give much of a price break. Anyone else in the area do this? If so, where did you get it?

i read in a different thread that steinfillers in long beach has fairly good prices for bulk grains
+1, at $35 a bag for 2 row, you can't go wrong.

Steinfillers in Long Beach is selling 50 pounds sacks for $41 or $42 for a 50 pounds. That was the last price that I saw.

They have a small homebrewing section and do bulk grain orders. I suspect they are cheaper than Morebeer which has great prices as well, not sure the 2 row price but maris otter was about $6-7 less there a bag. I think it was $56 as opposed to $62 at Morebeer, check before you drive out as i could be mistaken on the price.
