Hi, I have been lurking here for a while, but now I am brewing my first beer on my own. It is an AHS Belgian White Beer mini-mash kit. The instructions tell me to add the bitter orange peel and coriander with the flavoring hops in the last 10 minutes... However, what I have seen a lot of here is adding these flavorings in the last week before bottling in the secondary. What are the advantages of these two approaches? Which approach should I use?
