So far Im calling it "Brew Something and Call It Beer" Ale. Id like to be a little more specific though. What do ya think...? Thanks in advance.

.25 Black Malt (added just before sparge)

.5 Centenial 55 mins
.5 Centenial 35
.5 Cascade 20
.5 Cascade 5

You could call it schwarz beer schwarzale?. Sounds like it will look and taste good too.
with only a 1/4 lb of black malt, it won't be dark enough for a schwarzbier.

Looks more like an American Amber to me if the crystal isn't too dark.
