I thought it was an infection in some of the bottles because the last one I opened ended up being sour. That was what really threw me off, so I'm not sure. This was an experimental fail, I think...

The head dissipates fast. Really fast. There is a carbonated mouthfeel though. I also think the level is applicable to the style and highlights the tart and funk without overtaking it.

Yeah, there's very little (no?) head retention on that one.

The sour was faint possibly because of the sweetness. It definitely didn’t finish or bottle condition either. I better top this off with a cookie just to be safe.
