6 or 7 waters in the lake. Now this!
Interesting brew. Was expecting it to be drier but a good grape flavor and good funk nose.
Asked if they had the Monkish/Trillium glass and she just laughed. Said they were gone quickly the first dayView attachment 575413

More for you! That was a great batch circa May 18th.Theoretical hazing. Not bad! Momma doesn't like it. But she doesn't like most of what I like. Lol. It's damn tasty.
And this was actually from last week when I brewed a Yoopers house ale while having a HB Yoopers House ale I brewed a while back. View attachment 575400
Been to that area. Personally I think New England area, few California breweries and Pinthouse here in Austin are tearing it up. I spent $200 in singles on Portland last year with a lot of WCipas and meh's. But things change fast these days. There was one brewery that I enjoyed..will look it up.I love seeing all the beers I have never heard of or seen before listed in this thread. ESPECIALLY THE ONES WITH PICTURES !!!
Oregon ( Portland ) might be king of the craft brew scene at this time, but people are not idle and the country is looking for unexplored territory to offer their craft brew wares. It's a great country !!!
