Enjoying a La Trappe Witte for the first time. Love how tart it is. Almost like an extremely subtle Berliner Weisse. May have to get a few more bottles and harvest the yeast.
 
I was craving a big stout since it's going to be pretty cold here for the next few nights. All I could find was Founder's Breakfast stout. It was bottled in Sept so it's nice and mellow. The coffee is pretty much gone though. I should add a shot of espresso to it. Hmmm....

Going by the amount of snow in the parking lot I think it worked too well.

Two: St. Paul Porter from Northern Brewer and a Dry Irish Stout from Midwest. The St. Paul Porter is the better of the two.
