I've done a lot of searching on here, and read a LOT about digital thermometers, but I haven't exactly seen what I'm looking for. What are you guys using for digital thermometers that are mounted on pots/kettles?

I've seen people mention K thermocouples and a reading unit, but then there are wires and I'd have to hang the unit somewhere.

I found these recently, has anyone used them?

What I'm really looking for is something like the LCD screen thermometer seen here, but it's not rated for higher temps. Has anyone seen something similar for HLT/Mash temps?

Thanks

I just heard back from SS BrewTech, apparently their new LCD thermometers are rated for higher temps and they're shipping with their mach tuns.
