If you don't have enough for a full batch, use them as late into the boil as possible, or even dry hop with them. I feel they are better utilized that way, more freshness seems to be preserved.
I brewed a wet hop beer yesterday. Picked the hops in the morning. I bittered with Centennial pellets and threw in 5 ounces of freshly picked Chinook at 10 minutes, 5 minutes and knockout.
