Wet hops for brewing??

Can I use hops right off the vine and into the brew pot or should they be dried first?

You can use them wet. Use 5x as much as you would use dried.

If you don't have enough for a full batch, use them as late into the boil as possible, or even dry hop with them. I feel they are better utilized that way, more freshness seems to be preserved.

I brewed a wet hop beer yesterday. Picked the hops in the morning. I bittered with Centennial pellets and threw in 5 ounces of freshly picked Chinook at 10 minutes, 5 minutes and knockout.
