I bought a Fermzilla All Rounder I wanted to try pressure fermanation. Not wanting to use an all grain brew to experiment on I used khiddy's Minute Wheat. The whole thing took a couple of hours to get into the fermentor including clean up. I hope all goes well. Thaks khiddy for the reciepe. I have never made a DME beer before.

Update OG 1.047 3 day ago. I used a picnic tap to fill hydometer (very ez). Today sg reads 1.020 under 6 psi of pressure. Taste OK
