I used the Voss on my New England IPA and it worked great! Now I'm wondering, could I use it for my American Hef? Has anybody done this? Thoughts, opinions, rhetoric?
Thank you guys.

I've never done this but if you use Voss you won't get the banana or clove flavor expected with a hef. The orange flavor might be good, but don't let any beer Judges near it.

If you do it let us know how it turns out.

used kveik in my 40%wheat 60%barley recipe that i hop at 30 minutes into the boil. I brewed it at 65-70deg range. the yeast definitely has character of its own and would say slight sourness. decided T58 was best for the recipe.

the intent with the kveik was to ferment in the garage at high temps but that experiment didnt happen.
