Hi, so im using kveik voss yeast with either IPA or ale

Im still getting a sort of harsh 'green' flavour, and wondering if this is just the citrusy taste of kveik yeast?
Is there a particular hops or a way to get rid of this flavour in my beer?

Thanks

I’m not sure about how to hide the flavor from Voss but you could try Omega Lutra. It’s supposed to be a lot cleaner.

When I take my wort to cold break temps and pitch the standard ale rate at ~70* then let it take it where it wants to go i get a very smooth IPA. Don't have Voss ready for today's brew so am pitching some Lutra I dried awhile back. I need a fast beer cause I let the pipeline dwindle.
I've had Lutra mute malt and hops in past ales so with 9 oz of hops in the BK we'll see. Also if you are looking for a clear beer Lutra is it.
