Hey guys,
I'm doing my first hefeweizen with wb-06 right now, and I just wanted to let you know that it's undergoing a violent brew. It's fermenting at approx ~70 farenheit which is the normal range, and I already had to place a blow-off after only 5 hours despite lots of headroom. Wondering whether it will be bananas or cloves, or both
P.s. I only re-hydrated the yeast for 30 min.
