Malto Dextrin can be added at any time.

I recommend sampling it at bottling/kegging time to determine if the brew needs more body or not.

If it needs more body then just remove 1C beer from the brew and heat it to dissolve whatever amount of MD you think it needs.
 
Thanks for the responses! I was pretty bummed when I realized I had forgotten it because it turned out so good the last time I made it. I might wait until bottling time as homebrewer_99 suggests so that I don't fill the carboy all the way up by adding more water (and won't dilute it any).

Read my post again...you don't need to add more water...use some beer instead...;)
