The first one that looks like a keeper

I brewed my third batch last Thursday. It was a brewer's best Witbier. I checked the SG last night and took a sample. I am so surprised how this is looking and tasting. I am positive this will be my first batch without any screw ups. The only thing I wish I would have known about it that I was supposed to crush up the coriander seeds. I wasn't told I needed to do that and now I have whole Coriander seeds not doing their job to the fullest.

Her is a picture....on the right is a Leinenkugel's Summer wheat and the sample on the left is mine. The picture was taken from my Droid X so sorry for the quality.

Congrats! Looks good. Sorry to hear the first two didn't come out, though. Glad you didn't let that deter you from this very rewarding hobby!
