Had a quick question about "temperature controlled infusion mashing." After performing the temperature steps, is the mash sparged?
 
yes I would have thought you would need to sparge to make up your pre-boil volume. If you are brewing 5 gallons you probably want 6-6.5 gallons of wort at least before the boil.
