Tasted my brew tonight

Not too bad at all. Brewed a fat tire clone the 26th of Dec and kegged a couple days ago. Not quite where I hope it will be but other than aftertaste it's pretty good. Not quite carbonated either.... Hoping it's good soon of course, I might have to kick the neighbors dog or something if it sucks... Haha

I just kegged the same thing and unfortunately my temps were too high so it has a little apple taste but it has been going away which is good.

I have only had 1 fat tire in my entire life. I guess I will have to try it again. Tasting notes that I have read say it is like drinking bread.

No bread for me. Like a nutty brown roasted taste for me
