Talus pairings for west coast ipa

Hi everyone,
I am thinking of brewing a west coast IPA , having that punchy classic bitterness but including Talus which I love.
Any suggestions or ideas? Have anyone paired it with let's say Chinook or Simcoe? I would like to keep some old school varieties in there.

I recently used it with strata. I could see those two and citra working nice. I know you wanted old school but just wanted to throw an option out there.
