So I'm thinking this:

OG: 1.050-1.060

55% Two Row
45% Unmalted Wheat

Cascade Hops to get 20-30 IBU

.5 oz Lemon Zest
.5 oz Orange Zest

Will US05 work or should I order a wheat yeast?

I have other hop and grain options too if you'd like to make suggestions. I just want to use up some of this wheat and spring/summer seems like a good time. I'm also about to make an order if I should get some rice hulls or something.

My other options are:

HOP AA%
columbus 12.8
Magnum 11.6
Cascade 6.6
willamette 6
Tettnanger 4
Magnum 11.6
cascade leaf 8.8
crystal leaf 3.3

Galena 13.2
Nuggett 12.4
Colombus 13.3
Summit 15.5
Warrior 16
Willamette 4

Edit: Forgot to add my available grains...

My malts:

Two Row
Marris Otter
Crystal 60
Crystal 120
Vienna
Aromatic
Victory
Unmalted Wheat

Thanks in advance.
