Hey guys my girlfreind made some cider for a party and it was delicious so me being a brewer said we gota ferment this.

So we made a 3 gallon batch its all fermented out now an I tried cold crashing it. Its been a week and its still cloudy.

I got some sparkolloid for another brew of skeeter pee and wanted to know if it would work for this as well. I googled some and found a lot of people using it in cider.

So since its in the fridge should I pull it out and warm it up first or just do it in cold storage (34 degrees) and should I use the potassium sorbate and metabisulfite and backsweeten before or after clarifying.

Thanks for all the help guys cheers
