so i used to brew at home but the cleaning part got little too much. recently i saw a book by brooklyn brew shop, and i'm thinking that must be much less to clean. so i'm getting my kits togather again to brew. i still have most of my old stuffs so i'll go down to local brew shop and buy some 1 gallon jars and air locks, and i'll brew again.

i still do miss the taste of home brewed beer. they taste much better than store bought.

Cleaning can be hard, but as you said beer is far better.
