just finished the boil on Flemings Finest IPA, making hard lemonade tonight and a Beast of a mead this weekend, 20# of honey for 5 gallons YIPES.
Brewing up the 11/11/11 Old Ale today. Water heating as we speak. I wish I could have got a 4 hour earlier start but the wife is does her best to screw with me on brew days it seems.
i intend on bottling and/or kegging some dark german ale either tonight or sometime tomarrow..........
What type of capper do you have that leaves those indents on your caps? Mine only dimple a little like that when I push too hard.
