Mash Type: Pure BIAB (Full-Volume Mash): 1 for 90 mins at 67 C = 152.6 F
89.3% Pale Malt 2 Row UK (15 EBC = 7.6 SRM) 2370 grams = 5.23 pounds
6.7% Crystal Malt 120L (20 EBC = 10.2 SRM) 178 grams = 0.39 pounds
1.3% Chocolate Malt (20 EBC = 10.2 SRM) 36 grams = 0.08 pounds
1.3% Roasted Barley (15 EBC = 7.6 SRM) 36 grams = 0.08 pounds
1.3% Special Roast (10 EBC = 5.1 SRM) 36 grams = 0.08 pounds
13.4 IBU Fuggles Pellets (5.1%AA) 12.9 grams = 0.456 ounces at 90 mins
4.7 IBU EKG Pellets (5%AA) 6.5 grams = 0.228 ounces at 30 mins
1.4 IBU EKG Pellets (5%AA) 5 grams = 0.176 ounces at 15 mins
Fermentation: Irish Ale (1084) at 20 C = 68 F
