For cleaning a single tier do you circulate PBW or oxy clean then star san?

My build is getting soooo close after 3 yrs of parts and fabrication

Not much need for the StarSan as everything is going to be boiled on your next brew. I'd only do that if you noticed stuff growing after you cleaned. I usually used Oxiclean on my single tier keggle set up.

Ah, if course! Temp sanitizes. Do you flush with water after oxy clean. I have found it leaves a lot of residue

Oxy or PBW and then a good rinse.
