6lbs Wheat Malt Extract (Dry)
8oz Flaked Wheat
8oz Flaked Oats
1oz Tettanag Hops (4.2% AAU)
Wyeast Wheat yeast.

Steep grains for 10-15 min @ 160F
Add Malt Extract and Hops, boil for 60 min.

The intent I have is to add raspberry flavoring when bottling (its a beer for SWMBO). But, these were the ingredients I bought thinking it would make a solid wheat base to add flavoring to.

Let me know how you think this will turn out. Thanks!

That's what I have used before on wheats. I put two oz at the end of my boil and then two oz when I bottled/kegged. came out great.
