Rehydrating properly can only help but either will probably be fine

Danstar recommends rehydrating. I would follow what the manufacturers said.

We have done both. I normally rehydrate if I remember but have had good results both ways.

Thank you all for opining. I, too, usually pitch dry. Just looking for any compelling evidence to do otherwise in the next 25 minutes.
