I brewed up a Brewers Best Weizenbier yesterday, but used some liquid yeast from white labs instead of the Danstar Munich yeast that came with it. I decided to make a super simple Hard Apple Cider, and pitched the Munich on a gallon and a half of apple juice. My question is, can I leave this in the primary for the four weeks I plan on leaving my heffe in its primary?
