I generally go from primary (14 days or so) to a secondary (14 days or so) to bottle (3 weeks or so) and notice that when I open it - it seems to get better about 2 weeks after opening the first bottle.

If I were to start kegging (with a force carb) - should I just keep it in the secondary for another month? ie. Primary 14 days secondary 30+ days and then keg and drink?

would that be reasonable?

How do you all do it?

4-5 weeks primary and 10 days carbing in a keg. That's the beauty of doing 10 gallon batches. First keg gets really good about half way through. Once it's kicked, I got another 5 gallons in its prime.
