Be decided to use Ice Mountain spring water this time instead of tap water. If it's completely sealed do I need to boil to top off my fermenter? Thanks

I never have boiled my top off water. If you're using unsanitary water, or chlorinated water, then I guess it should be done but for bottled water I wouldn't even think about it.

Agreed. Bottled water is pretty sterile (no wild yeast) so it should not affect the beer at all. I've been using it for 20+ fermentations.
