Had planned on brewing a simple pale ale using azacca this weekend but then yesterday I received 4 oz. of Waimea for renewing my AHA membership. No idea how these hops will go together, but I'm going back to the LHBS for 3 more pounds of 2 row to scale up to an IPA. If it's good, I'll drink it, if it's not, I'll drink it anyway.
