I finally got my hands on some of this brew and it is AWESOME! I would like to make a PM version of this, but I can only find extract or AG recipes. Can anyone point me to a PM recipe? I would really appreciate the help.

How much grain can you mash? That would be a starting point to determine how much DME you may need to add. Do you happen to know your efficiency when doing a partial? How big is your boil kettle?

I have a converted 5 gallon round cooler for partial mashing. I can mash quite a bit of grain in that, though my efficiency on my last batch was just barely 60% I think :(

My recommendation would be to get enough DME to make up all of the OG if needed (you won't of course). That way nothing can go wrong and you will have some left over for priming/starters.

I ran it through Promash.

I am assuming 60% efficiency on the mashing side. You will need to adjust the hops according to your alpha %. I used the values of the ones that I last purchased. How does it compare to some of the others you may have seen?

Looks like a good recipe to start. Let us know how it compares because I want to do one in the next month or so.
