Dunkel Wiesen

Many years ago I had a Dunkel Weisen (sic) at a pub and loved it. I've been wanting to brew it. I see some recipes but not a lot and not many as a partial mash. Any suggestions of were I can find a good recipe for this. I have been brewing for many years but only do partial mashes. Not full grain .

Mini-mash = Partial mash
They all show as “sold out” but you can print the instructions for the recipe. You may have to do some research to find what bittering hops to use as AHS likes to sell their mystery HBU packs. Search their site for Dunkel. There are more.

Each of those kits has a link on their site that takes you to the brewing instructions. The instruction sheet includes the partial mash recipe for that dunkel clone.

Get one of those kits and see how it comes out. Then tweak another batch closer to your liking.
