round faucet and beer tv

So I have recently been introduced to the tv show three sheets and I love it. I am currently watching the first episode on Hulu - Watch your favorites. Anytime. For free. where he is in Belgium. I was kind of curious, the beer faucets they have I haven't ever seen before. I think that they are interesting and would like to know more about them and cannot seem to find anything. If anyone knows what these round beer faucets are called, can you share this info? Thanks
