I would imagine pounds and pounds of sugar and a little fruit flavoring.

Thank you Swifty. I am new to this format. I will try to contact him. Shame that Gallo pulled the plug on Ripple. I even was looking Ripple grapes. I am making a homemade wine as I type this, I posted it on another thread. No one has responded to it. Second day is today. I would love to make a port out of it by pouring in vodka, or let it keep fermenting and more sugar. Any suggestions? THANKS SO MUCH!!
